I have an m2 freightliner equipped with air brakes The air pressure does slowly leak down. When i press the yellow switch to release the park brake, i notice an air leak coming from the switch, which causes the air to push the switch out, preventing the brakes from releasing
What might be the problem I restarted the engine and immediately disengaged the park brake and perhaps the air pressure was not great enough yet to fully release the park brake I also replaced the air solenoid valve as well.
