Shimano did warranty that one Shimano tech docs show this diaphragm as a unique part (with part number) for 105 and ultegra levers, but not grx levers. Interestingly these 2 leaks represent the extreme ends of the product line from uber cheap to finicky high end

The only fix would be to find a broken lever you can steal the bladder from, or buy new levers

Xt m785 brake reservoir leak when bleeding and possible piston seal leak I've had shimano levers show up brand new in box, and behind the yellow stopper/plug thing there's an olive already inserted
If you installed the hose with another olive and didn't notice there was a second one already in the lever, maybe it's not compressing right and that's the leakage edit, just read you bought it used.
